Who We Are

We are Vipo Securities, a National Association of Securities Dealers member founded in 1972 and dealing almost exclusively with private placements of equity. Vipo's business is bringing investors and entrepreneurs together for their mutual benefit.

We actively seek accredited investors who want to invest in people. Markets fluctuate, move in cycles, and are at the whim of the emotional investor. Vipo does not invest in markets. Vipo invests in people, entrepreneurs with great ideas, who show passion, dedication, ingenuity, and an ability to succeed.

Early stage investing can be very rewarding. Investing in ideas involves a large amount of risk, but it also offers the greatest rewards, from the possibility of large returns to the satisfaction that comes from helping an emerging business grow and succeed.
